Your Impact

As Program Lead - Customer Portal (SAP Commerce), you will lead the delivery governance of a major, business‑critical transformation to unify Asahi’s customer ordering experience into a single, scalable digital platform. You’ll bring clarity, pace and accountability to a complex, multi‑stream program, ensuring outcomes are delivered for customers, the business, and the broader Asahi network.

Key Accountabilities

• Own end‑to‑end program delivery across scope, schedule, budget, and outcomes
• Establish and maintain integrated delivery plans across Commercial, Tech & Data, Process, Change and Communications
• Drive pace and accountability across workstreams and delivery partners
• Define and manage program scope, funding, change control and success measures
• Lead governance, reporting and executive engagement across CCG, Portfolio and SteerCo forums
• Maintain visibility of risks, dependencies, milestones and financials through Altus
• Ensure alignment between business requirements, technology delivery, and customer outcomes
• Partner with Finance and Business Owners to define, track and realise program benefits

About You

• Proven experience leading large‑scale, cross‑functional transformation programs
• Strong background delivering complex business and technology initiatives
• Experience with SAP Commerce, Salesforce or comparable enterprise platforms
• Confident managing multiple workstreams, partners and senior stakeholders
• Strong governance, financial and commercial control capability
• Comfortable operating at both strategic and hands‑on delivery levels
• Decisive, outcomes‑focused leader who thrives in complex, fast‑paced environments
• FMCG or customer‑led environment experience highly regarded
