Your Impact

As the PMO Lead Customer Portal (SAP Commerce), you’ll play a pivotal role in enabling the successful delivery of a complex, cross‑functional transformation program. Partnering closely with the Program Lead, you’ll bring structure, clarity, and momentum to the program, ensuring strong governance, integrated planning, and clear visibility from workstream delivery through to executive forums.

Fixed-term, 21 months

Key Accountabilities

• Develop and maintain an integrated program plan across all workstreams, tracking milestones and progress
• Establish and run program cadences, including planning cycles, status reporting, and governance forums
• Maintain a consolidated view of risks, issues, dependencies, decisions, and actions (RAID)
• Proactively track, escalate, and support resolution of risks and interdependencies
• Enable coordination and alignment across multiple workstreams and delivery teams
• Support preparation of clear, concise materials for executive governance (CCG, Portfolio, SteerCo)
• Ensure transparency, pace, and accountability across the program

About You

• Proven experience as a PMO Lead, Project Manager, or similar role supporting transformation programs
• Strong capability in integrated planning, tracking, and governance support
• Confident managing RAID, dependencies, and decision tracking in complex environments
• Highly organised, detail‑driven, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities
• Strong communicator, able to synthesise information and present clear insights for decision‑making
• Comfortable working in structured yet evolving environments with ambiguity
• Exposure to technology‑enabled programs (e.g. SAP, Salesforce) strongly regarded
• FMCG or customer‑led experience desirable
