Your Impact
Reporting to the Installation Manager, the Installation Specialist plays a critical role in delivering post-mix and frozen beverage equipment installations across Regional New South Wales.
Acting as the link between Sales, contractors and customers, you'll manage installation projects from initial site survey through to final installation, ensuring projects are delivered safely, compliantly and on time. This role combines project management, contractor management and stakeholder engagement, while helping bring new customer partnerships to life across pubs, clubs, hotels and quick service restaurant channels.
With a blend of office-based work, field travel and stakeholder engagement, you'll have the opportunity to build strong contractor relationships and directly influence the quality and success of Asahi's equipment installation program.
Key Accountabilities
- Coordinate and manage end-to-end installation projects for post-mix and frozen beverage equipment across Regional NSW
- Partner with Sales teams to support new customer acquisitions and commercial agreements
- Engage and manage a network of regional contractors to complete site surveys, risk assessments and installation activities
- Review site survey documentation and prepare installation recommendations, equipment requirements and project costings
- Coordinate equipment supply, purchase orders, installation schedules and project timelines to ensure successful delivery
- Act as the primary point of contact between Sales, contractors and customers throughout the installation process
- Monitor project progress and proactively resolve issues to ensure installations are completed safely and efficiently
- Review installation documentation and compliance records before closing projects within SAP
- Conduct field audits and contractor site visits to verify installation quality, safety and compliance standards
- Maintain contractor licensing, insurance and compliance records in line with business requirements
- Ensure all installations comply with relevant Australian Standards, legislative requirements and Asahi quality standards
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across installation processes, contractor performance and customer experience
About You
- Previous experience in project coordination, project management, field service or contractor management environments
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to build trusted relationships
- Strong administrative and systems capability, including experience using Microsoft Office and business systems such as SAP
- Comfortable working autonomously while managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- A proactive and solutions-focused mindset with a strong attention to detail
- Experience within the beverage, hospitality, refrigeration, equipment installation or field service industries will be highly regarded
- Trade qualifications or technical experience are advantageous but not essential
- Willingness to travel regularly throughout Regional NSW, including overnight stays
- Ability to work from Wetherill Park several days per week while balancing field-based activity
