Operations Team Leader

Your Impact

At Asahi Beverages, our Equipment & Servicing team plays a critical role in ensuring our customers receive industry-leading service and support. As the Operations Team Leader, you will lead a high-performing team responsible for service coordination, sales administration, asset management, reporting, invoicing, and operational support functions across the business.

Reporting to the National Operations Manager and based at our Keilor Park office, you will be responsible for leading the operational support function that underpins our field service and customer operations. You'll drive team performance, maintain system and process integrity, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, service delivery, and business outcomes.

Key Accountabilities

  • Lead, coach and develop a team of Service Coordinators and Sales Administration professionals.
  • Drive a high-performance culture focused on customer service, accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee service coordination activities, ensuring customer requests and field service operations are supported effectively.
  • Manage invoicing, reporting and asset lifecycle administration activities.
  • Ensure high levels of data accuracy and integrity across SAP ECC and Salesforce.
  • Monitor and improve operational KPIs, identifying opportunities to streamline processes and improve service outcomes.
  • Support call centre operations and ensure service standards are consistently achieved.
  • Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives across service operations, logistics administration, facilities management and invoicing processes.
  • Manage operational budgets and support CAPEX planning activities.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Finance and Service Operations to drive business outcomes.

About You

  • Previous experience leading and developing teams within a service, operations, customer support or field service environment.
  • Strong understanding of operational processes, workflow management and customer service delivery.
  • Experience working with ERP and CRM systems, ideally SAP and Salesforce.
  • Proven ability to analyse operational performance and implement process improvements.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Commercial awareness with an understanding of how operational performance impacts broader business outcomes.
  • Experience managing budgets, resources or operational expenditure will be highly regarded.
