At Asahi Beverages, we're looking for a qualified Field Service Technician to join our Sydney team. This is a permanent day shift opportunity where you'll be responsible for servicing, maintaining and installing beverage dispensing equipment across a diverse customer base, all while enjoying a genuine work-life balance.

Working across the Greater Sydney Area, no two days will be the same as you support some of Australia's most recognised hospitality and quick service brands.

Your Impact

As a Field Service Technician, you'll play a critical role in keeping our customers operating by delivering exceptional technical service and support across Asahi's fleet of beverage equipment. From preventative maintenance through to breakdown repairs and equipment installations, you'll ensure our customers receive reliable service and minimal downtime.

Key Responsibilities

• Service, repair and install Asahi's beverage dispensing equipment, including post-mix and frozen beverage systems.
• Complete preventative maintenance to maximise equipment reliability and performance.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot refrigeration and equipment faults.
• Travel throughout the Greater Sydney area servicing customer sites.
• Maintain accurate service records using field service systems.
• Manage stock levels and spare parts within your service vehicle.
• Provide exceptional customer service while representing the Asahi brand.
• Occasionally assist with equipment refurbishments and warehouse support activities.
• Opportunities to provide overtime support for shift roster gaps if required.

About You

You'll be someone who enjoys working autonomously, solving technical problems and building strong relationships with customers. You're organised, safety focused and take pride in delivering quality workmanship every day.

You'll also bring:

• Trade qualification in Refrigeration or Air Conditioning (or equivalent electrical qualification).
• Current Refrigerant Handling and Supervisor's Refrigeration Licence.
• Restricted Electrical Workers Licence.
• Current unrestricted driver's licence.
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
• Previous experience servicing commercial refrigeration or beverage equipment.
• Confidence using computers and mobile technology to manage jobs and reporting.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Previous experience working with beverage dispensing equipment or within the beverage industry will be highly regarded, however strong commercial refrigeration experience is equally valued.
