Your Impact
As General Manager for Australia & New Zealand, you will lead the end-to-end ANZ business while also helping shape the global marketing agenda for Allpress. This is a highly visible leadership role where you will drive strategy, growth and commercial performance, while leading a high-performing, values-led culture.
You’ll play a critical role in delivering the Allpress strategy across the region—growing the brand, supporting our customers and delivering against our mission to brew better days for our people, cafes, communities and the planet.
This role will be based in Collingwood, Melbourne.
Key Accountabilities
- Deliver commercial performance across ANZ, including sales growth, margin and profitability targets
- Lead the development and execution of AU strategy aligned to the global Allpress vision and mid-term plan
- Drive brand growth and support the global marketing function, ensuring strong brand equity and customer engagement
- Identify and execute growth opportunities to expand customer base, market presence and long-term profitability
- Build, lead and develop a high-performing Australian leadership team, fostering a strong, inclusive and values-driven culture
- Support leadership of the New Zealand business
- Oversee supply chain performance, ensuring delivery against service, cost and operational KPIs
- Lead cross-functional collaboration across commercial, supply chain, finance, marketing and operations
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and optimise the operating model to support future growth
- Lead major transformation and investment initiatives, including network optimisation and infrastructure development
- Grow eCommerce capability globally
About You
- Proven senior leadership experience in Coffee, Retail/FMCG or Hospitality environments
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering growth, profitability and strategic outcomes
- Experience leading multi-functional teams across sales, marketing, operations and supply chain
- Ability to develop and execute strategy while staying close to execution and delivery
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to build local culture and influence at executive and board level
- Demonstrated experience developing high-performing, engaged teams
- Customer and brand-focused mindset, with an understanding of both wholesale and consumer dynamics
- Experience driving transformation, continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives
- Strong financial and analytical capability, with experience managing budgets, P&L and performance metrics
- Collaborative leadership style with the ability to work across global and regional stakeholders
