Your Impact

This is a critical senior leadership role responsible for leading Asahi’s national logistics and customer supply chain network across Australia. You will drive operational excellence, embed the Logistics plan aligned to the broader Supply Chain Ambition and One Asahi Strategy, and ensure the network delivers safe, efficient people and customer-focused outcomes. Success in this role will come from your ability to translate strategy into execution, build high-performing teams, strengthen leadership capability, and partner closely with commercial, customers, suppliers and broader internal stakeholders to deliver sustainable results.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a complex national logistics and customer supply chain network to deliver operational excellence in safety, service, cost and performance.
• Embed and execute the Logistics plan in alignment with the broader Supply Chain Ambition and One Asahi Strategy.
• Build a thriving culture by developing engaged, capable and high-performing teams across a geographically dispersed network.
• Strengthen organisational capability and develop leaders who can drive performance, change and continuous improvement.
• Ensure safety standards, governance and compliance are maintained and embedded through strong leadership and disciplined execution.
• Partner closely with customers, commercial teams and external providers to strengthen relationships, improve supply chain customer engagement and deliver shared value.
• Identify and deliver productivity, network and process improvement opportunities that support long-term business performance.

About You

• Extensive senior leadership experience across logistics, supply chain, operations or manufacturing in a large, complex environment.
• Proven track record of driving operational excellence and translating strategy into measurable business outcomes.
• Strong customer and commercial orientation, with the ability to build trusted partnerships internally and externally.
• Demonstrated success leading culture, capability and leadership development across large or dispersed teams.
• Deep commitment to safety, compliance and continuous improvement, ideally supported by Lean, Six Sigma or similar experience.
• Tertiary qualifications in Supply Chain, Commerce, Engineering or a related discipline are preferred.
