Ready to take the next step in your supply chain career? As the Supply Chain Lead within Asahi Beverages Ventures (ABV), you'll play a pivotal role in driving the performance of our exciting craft and premium beverage portfolio. Working across planning, inventory, logistics and commercial operations, you'll help ensure products are available where and when they're needed while balancing service, inventory and cost outcomes.

This is a unique opportunity based at Southbank to gain broad end-to-end supply chain exposure within ABV. You'll partner with teams across the business to resolve challenges, improve performance and support the ongoing growth of our craft portfolio. With visibility across the supply chain and the opportunity to influence outcomes, you'll build valuable experience while developing a deeper understanding of how our business operates end to end.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead supply planning, inventory management and service delivery activities across the ABV portfolio.
• Represents ABV Supply in Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process, including but not limited to supply and inventory review, Stage and Gate and various other forums.
• Manage inventory health, stock deployment and service continuity across the network.
• Identify and resolve supply risks, inventory challenges and operational issues.
• Support the successful delivery of supply chain projects and new product launches.
• Partner with stakeholders across the business to achieve supply chain and operational objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance service, inventory and cost performance.
• Monitor supply chain KPIs and implement actions to improve outcomes.
• Provide coaching and support to the Supply Chain Planning Specialist.

About You

• Experience in supply chain planning, inventory management, logistics or a related supply chain environment
• Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain operations and how planning decisions impact service, inventory and cost outcomes
• Proven ability to build relationships, collaborate with stakeholders and drive outcomes in a complex environment
• A proactive problem solver who enjoys navigating challenges, managing risk and finding practical solutions
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift and ambiguity exists
• Highly organised, commercially minded and able to manage competing priorities with a high degree of autonomy

• A self-starter who takes ownership and looks for opportunities to improve processes and performance
