We're looking for an Inventory Controller to join our Supply Chain team on a fixed-term secondment. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to step up, broaden their operational knowledge, and gain valuable exposure across warehousing, logistics and inventory management.

 

Your Impact

As an Inventory Controller, you will help ensure accurate inventory management across our distribution network. Working closely with warehouse, transport, planning and manufacturing teams, you'll play a key role in maintaining stock accuracy and supporting the smooth flow of products through our supply chain.

 

Key Accountabilities

  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and stock issues.
  • Support stock takes, cycle counts and inventory audits.
  • Manage stock on hold, aged inventory and transport damage claims.
  • Maintain inventory master data and support SAP/WMS accuracy.
  • Partner with operations teams to improve inventory processes and controls.
  • Assist with product recalls and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

 

About You

You are a proactive and detail-oriented supply chain professional who enjoys solving problems and working collaboratively across teams.

  • Experience in inventory control, warehousing, logistics or supply chain operations.
  • Strong Excel skills and experience working with SAP.
  • Knowledge of 3PL operations and warehouse processes.
  • Experience using RF scanners and warehouse management systems.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to investigate and resolve inventory issues.
  • A current Forklift Licence is desirable.
