Your Impact
Key responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts to move, store and retrieve full pallet loads
- Load and unload trucks efficiently while meeting operational requirements
- Complete pallet transfers, put aways and replenishment activities within the warehouse
- Ensure inventory is stored accurately and warehouse standards are maintained
- Conduct equipment pre-start checks and report any safety or maintenance concerns
- Follow all safety, compliance and Chain of Responsibility (CoR) requirements
- Support warehouse productivity and service levels across varying shift patterns
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance warehouse efficiency
About You
- Current Forklift Licence (essential)
- Twin tine forklift experience highly regarded
- Experience within a warehouse, logistics or distribution environment
- Ability to work across day and night shifts, including 8-hour and 12-hour rosters
- Strong commitment to safety and compliance
- Reliable, adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced operational environment
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on operational excellence
