Your Impact

Based at Southbank HQ, reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, this critical senior leadership role is responsible for leading the Away from Home & Allpress long term strategies to achieve financial, category and customer ambitions. You’ll lead a team of six direct reports, while guiding over 300 indirect reports to achieve business goals. 

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver against our Away from Home strategy, including channel plans that deliver on category strategies, plans for new business acquisition and joint business planning and negotiations with major key customers across Australia.
• Provide strategic and operational leadership of the global Allpress Espresso business. Develop and execute the strategic growth plans and provide Customer, Commercial and Operational leadership.
• Accountable for channel P&L and financial profitability (investment, profit, volume, pricing) and all trade spend (including D&R), volume, share, revenue and profit targets. 

About You

• Experience in leading commercial outcomes, with broad understanding of driving a Commercial and Supply driven business across multiple channels, enabling customer delivery and differentiation.
• Highly skilled at developing strategy and translating into actionable plans.
• Proven ability to effectively respond to changing industry dynamics.
• Exceptional leadership skills with a strong ability to engage, drive and inspire large teams, especially through times of change and challenge.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
• Tertiary qualifications in finance, commerce, marketing or a related discipline are preferred.
