YOUR IMPACT

Play a hands-on role in keeping production running safely, efficiently and at quality standards across the Hobart facility. You’ll operate and monitor manufacturing equipment, carry out quality checks, troubleshoot issues as they arise and help ensure products are produced consistently and at capacity. Day to day, you’ll work within the production team to maintain safe operations, minimise waste and support continuous productivity across the manufacturing process.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Operate production equipment, including machine set-up and operation, to support safe and efficient manufacturing outcomes. 
  • Monitor product, process and equipment quality through testing activities and take action to rectify issues within assigned work areas. 
  • Troubleshoot equipment faults through basic fault finding and escalate issues when required to minimise disruption to production. 
  • Maintain safe work practices, food safety standards and environmental requirements to support a safe, healthy and compliant workplace. 
  • Contribute to productivity improvements, waste minimisation, teamwork and communication across the production team. 

ABOUT YOU

  • Previous experience in FMCG Manufacturing across food, dairy or beverage. 
  • A strong commitment to safety and ability to consistently follow established processes and procedures. 
  • Ability to make sound decisions and solve problems in the moment while remaining level-headed under pressure. 
  • You can manage multiple responsibilities without compromising quality, accuracy or attention to detail. 
  • You enjoy working with people and building strong working relationships across teams.
