Your Impact

Lead manufacturing performance across Cascade, Welshpool, Albury, Laverton, LOPA and Renmark, driving efficiency, quality and continuous improvement through the Asahi Way. Shape a high-performance manufacturing culture that strengthens capability, engagement and operational excellence across a connected multi-site network. Partner with site leaders and cross-functional teams to translate long-term manufacturing strategy into executable plans that improve performance, productivity and cost outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive continuous improvement across multiple manufacturing sites using the Asahi Way system to lift quality, efficiency and operational performance.
  • Develop multi-site plans that align strategic priorities with site objectives and translate network design outputs into executable programs of work.
  • Build the capability of Site Operations Managers and Site Leadership Teams to prioritise, execute and sustain long-term improvement initiatives.
  • Foster strong cross-functional partnerships across Planning, Logistics, Finance, HR, Safety, Quality, Engineering, Capital Projects and Operational Excellence to strengthen alignment and delivery.
  • Lead workforce, cost and organisational initiatives that improve productivity, support long-term value creation and deliver business performance targets.

About You

  • Deep manufacturing and supply chain leadership experience within an FMCG environment and understand how to apply leading operational practices to deliver sustainable performance.
  • You build credibility quickly across operational teams, business leaders and matrix environments by combining operational expertise with commercial awareness.  
  • Ability to solve complex business challenges pragmatically, translating issues and opportunities into clear actions and practical outcomes.
  • You can communicate with impact, influence stakeholders effectively and guide leaders through change with confidence, maturity and strong interpersonal capability.
