Shape the future of one of Australia's most complex and dynamic supply chains. As Strategy Manager - Supply Chain, you will tackle high value business challenges, identify new sources of value creation, and help define the strategic direction of our Supply Chain function. Working closely with senior leaders across Supply Chain, Commercial, Growth, Finance, Digital and Procurement, you will turn insights into action and deliver initiatives that drive meaningful business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead strategic projects that solve complex supply chain challenges and unlock enterprise value.
• Develop business cases, financial models and scenario analysis to support investment and growth decisions.
• Identify opportunities across manufacturing, logistics, distribution and supplier networks.
• Support the development and execution of the Oceania Mid Term Plan, Supply Chain Ambitions and the Enterprise strategic agenda.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to align priorities and drive strategic initiatives.
• Translate complex analysis into clear recommendations and compelling executive presentations.
• Lead project workstreams from concept through to key decision forums.
• Leverage data, market insights and industry trends to inform strategic decision making.

About You

• Significant Supply Chain experience is essential, ideally within FMCG, food, beverage or a similarly complex environment.
• Experience in strategy, transformation, project management or supply chain optimisation roles.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chains and the commercial drivers that influence performance.
• Proven ability to solve complex problems through structured analysis and strategic thinking.
• Strong financial acumen with experience building business cases and evaluating investment opportunities.
• A skilled relationship builder who can influence and collaborate across diverse stakeholder groups.
• Comfortable operating in fast paced environments and navigating ambiguity.
• An engaging communicator who can simplify complexity and bring others on the journey.
