YOUR IMPACT

Keep production moving by operating and maintaining manufacturing equipment safely, efficiently and consistently. Your day is spent ensuring machinery runs smoothly, products meet quality standards and production processes are followed to minimise loss and downtime. Working within a fast-paced manufacturing environment, you play a hands-on role in delivering quality products while maintaining a safe workplace for yourself and your colleagues. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Operate manufacturing equipment to support safe, efficient production and maintain output across assigned work areas.
  • Prepare raw materials and packaging requirements to keep production processes running without interruption.
  • Inspect equipment, products and processes, taking appropriate action to address quality issues and maintain product standards.
  • Troubleshoot basic equipment faults and escalate issues where required to minimise disruption and support operational performance.
  • Contribute to stocktaking activities, team meetings and workplace safety initiatives to support site operations and continuous compliance.

ABOUT YOU

  • You bring experience working in a fast-paced industrial manufacturing environment, with beverage or FMCG exposure viewed favourably.
  • You apply sound judgement when fault-finding, problem-solving and making decisions in a production setting.
  • You demonstrate a strong commitment to safety and consistently follow processes, procedures and PPE requirements.
  • You manage repetitive and high-volume tasks while maintaining a high standard of quality and attention to detail.
  • You work effectively with limited supervision and balance multiple responsibilities without compromising outcomes.
