Your Impact 

Reporting to the Head of Partnerships & Extensions, this is a unique opportunity to lead Asahi's national commercial partnerships and events function. You'll shape the strategy behind some of Australia's most recognised beverage brands, building partnerships that drive growth, strengthen customer relationships and create memorable consumer experiences.

Leading a national team and partnering closely with stakeholders across Brand, Commercial, Customer and Corporate Affairs, you'll play a key role in maximising the value of Asahi's partnership investments, delivering integrated consumer experiences and driving measurable commercial outcomes.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Develop and execute Asahi's national commercial partnerships strategy and investment roadmap
• Lead the negotiation, management and optimisation of key partnership agreements
• Deliver best in class activations, events and hospitality experiences that enhance consumer engagement
• Drive governance, performance management and reporting across the partnerships portfolio
• Evaluate partnership effectiveness and optimise investments to maximise return on investment
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, agency partners and external organisations
• Lead, coach and develop a high performing national partnerships and events team
• Identify new partnership opportunities that support business growth and strengthen brand relevance

About You: 

• Significant experience in commercial partnerships, sponsorships, events, marketing or related commercial roles
• Demonstrated success managing high value partnership portfolios and complex stakeholder environments
• Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets, negotiations and contractual outcomes
• Proven ability to develop strategy and translate it into impactful execution
• Experience leading, coaching and developing high performing teams
• Exceptional stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills
• Strong understanding of partnership measurement, activation and commercial performance
• Tertiary qualifications in Business, Marketing or a related discipline
