We’re looking for a detail-oriented and curious Data Analyst to join our Supply Chain team at Southbank, supporting the accurate and timely setup and maintenance of material and supplier information.

This is a hands-on role with a strong coordination and administrative focus. You’ll act as a key link between suppliers and internal teams, gathering information, resolving queries and making sure the right details are in place to keep projects and processes moving.

You’ll work across a broad stakeholder group including Procurement, Finance, NPD, Artwork and project teams, giving you great exposure to how different parts of the business come together.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate material and supplier information, ensuring data is complete, accurate and up to date.
  • Reach out to suppliers for quotes, pricing and other information required to progress requests.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to clarify requirements, provide updates and resolve missing or conflicting information.
  • Support purchasing and pricing activities, including maintaining relevant information in SAP.
  • Track open requests and follow up on outstanding actions to keep deliverables progressing.
  • Assist with costing and pricing queries, building an understanding of the broader budgeting and financial impacts.
  • Identify issues, ask the right questions and work with stakeholders to find practical solutions.
  • Support improvements to processes, documentation and ways of working.

About You

You’ll be someone who enjoys working with detailed information, keeping processes organised and coordinating with different stakeholders to get things done. You’ll be comfortable asking questions, following up on outstanding information and working through issues to reach an accurate outcome.

You’ll bring:

  • Experience in a role involving detailed administration, data maintenance and stakeholder coordination.
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to identify missing or conflicting information.
  • Confidence communicating with suppliers and internal stakeholders to clarify requirements and resolve queries.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple requests and competing priorities.
  • A curious and proactive approach to problem-solving, with a willingness to ask questions and learn.
  • Confidence using Excel to review, maintain and track information.
  • An understanding of how pricing, costing or budget information can affect broader business processes.
