Your Impact

Based between Southbank HQ & 58Q you will lead the manufacturing workstream for the OANZ ERP Consolidation Project, ensuring SAP is successfully implemented across the Papakura manufacturing site. You'll be the central point of coordination between site teams, functional experts, technical teams and the broader project, driving readiness across manufacturing, quality, maintenance, procurement and materials processes. From data ownership and process mapping through to cutover, go-live and hypercare, you'll shape the operational transition and help ensure the site is prepared to operate effectively in the new SAP environment. You'll spend your time working closely with operational teams, SMEs and project stakeholders to keep plans moving, risks managed and implementation milestones on track.

Please note this is an internal secondment opportunity until May 2027.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own manufacturing data coordination and governance, partnering with site data owners, SMEs and technical teams to deliver data and configuration requirements for the SAP implementation.
  • Drive the end-to-end implementation and cutover planning process, including manufacturing readiness activities, stock cutover planning, business continuity planning and key project timelines.
  • Coordinate cross-functional engagement across operations, IT, procurement, legal and central project teams to support a successful transition and cutover for OANZ Manufacturing.
  • Lead site implementation routines, action tracking and team alignment, supporting delivery against agreed milestones while escalating issues and risks where required.
  • Manage the transition of manufacturing-related SAP processes, including production, planned maintenance, quality management, purchasing and material management, ensuring operational readiness for go-live and hypercare.

About You

  • You bring strong operational manufacturing experience and understand how production environments operate day to day.
  • You work confidently with datasets and data-building activities, using structured information to support project outcomes.
  • You apply strong project management and organisational skills to coordinate multiple activities, priorities and stakeholders.
  • You communicate effectively across functions and build productive working relationships with technical and operational teams.
  • You solve complex problems independently, using sound judgement to assess processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
