Your Impact

 

 

You will play a key support role within the Portfolio & Brand team, assisting in the development and execution of brand and portfolio initiatives that drive category growth and market performance across our New Zealand alcohol portfolio.

 

 

Working closely with marketing, sales, innovation and agency partners, you'll help deliver brand plans, marketing campaigns and innovation projects, ensuring activities are executed effectively and aligned to commercial objectives.

 

 

Key Responsibilities

 

 

  • Support the development and execution of annual brand plans and marketing initiatives aligned to portfolio and brand strategies.
  • Coordinate marketing campaigns, innovation launches and commercial activation programs to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams and external agencies to ensure best-practice execution and strong commercial outcomes.
  • Assist with consumer, customer and market analysis to support decision-making and identify growth opportunities.
  • Manage marketing administration, reporting and project coordination activities to support the broader Portfolio & Brand team.

 

 

About You

 

 

You are a highly organised marketing professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and collaborating with a broad range of stakeholders. You are commercially minded, proactive and eager to build your career in brand and portfolio management.

 

 

To be successful, you'll bring:

 

 

  • A tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business or a related discipline.
  • Previous experience in marketing or brand management role.
  • Experience within FMCG, beverage, consumer goods or a similarly dynamic industry will be highly regarded.
  • Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Commercial acumen and analytical capability, with confidence using data to support recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Curiosity, initiative and a willingness to learn across brand management, innovation and consumer insights.
