We’re looking for a Senior Finance Analyst – Commercial Finance to join our high-performing team and help drive commercial outcomes across our business. You will partner across channels and categories to unlock value and influence performance. Supporting our Out of Home channel and the broader Commercial Finance team, you’ll lead trade spend governance end-to-end—ensuring strong controls while identifying opportunities to optimise investment. 

 

Through strong financial analysis, modelling and insights, you’ll influence decision-making, embed best-practice processes, and elevate financial acumen across key stakeholders. Your adaptability and ability to operate across multiple environments will be critical to your success. 

 

Key Responsibilities 

 

  • Partner with Finance Managers and commercial stakeholders to deliver timely, actionable insights and decision support 

  • Manage and reconcile trade spend end-to-end, ensuring strong governance, controls, and value optimisation 

  • Deliver financial modelling, scenario analysis, and support key strategic initiatives 

  • Lead month-end reporting, forecasting, and budgeting processes with accuracy and discipline 

  • Drive continuous improvement across reporting, forecasting, and financial processes 

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Revenue Management, and Business Services 

  • Support sales incentives, post-investment reviews, and ad hoc financial analysis 

  • Contribute to finance projects and system enhancements, including SAP initiatives 

 

About You 

 

You’re a commercially minded finance professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and brings both technical expertise and strong stakeholder capability. 

 

  • Degree in Commerce (or similar); CA/CPA (or working towards) is advantageous 

  • Previous experience in finance roles, ideally within FMCG or a multinational environment 

  • Strong experience in management reporting, forecasting and financial analysis 

  • Advanced analytical capability with high attention to detail 

  • Advanced Excel and Power BI skills; SAP experience preferred 

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills 

  • Proven ability to simplify complexity, improve ways of working, and deliver value 

  • Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working both autonomously and as part of a team
