Your Impact
As a PMO Delivery Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of a complex ERP transformation program across Australia and New Zealand.
Acting as a trusted partner to assigned workstream leads, you will help drive delivery momentum, strengthen alignment across the program, and enable informed decision making through structured planning, coordination, reporting, and follow-through.
Working across multiple moving workstreams, you will bring clarity to delivery activities, proactively identify risks and dependencies, and help teams navigate complexity in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
Please note, this role is offered as a 12-month fixed term contract.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner closely with assigned workstream leads to support planning, execution, and delivery of key milestones and activities
- Drive accountability and follow-through across actions, risks, dependencies, decisions, and deliverables
- Facilitate core program cadences, workshops, and governance forums to support alignment and delivery progress
- Prepare clear, accurate, and business-relevant reporting packs, status updates, and delivery insights for stakeholders and leadership
- Work collaboratively across workstreams to identify impacts, interdependencies, and emerging delivery risks
- Coordinate with Project Schedulers and stakeholders to maintain accurate planning inputs, milestone tracking, and delivery visibility
- Support problem-solving activities by identifying issues early and helping drive practical, outcome-focused solutions
- Maintain and improve PMO artefacts, trackers, RAID logs, reporting, and ways of working to support effective program delivery
- Contribute to building a connected, delivery-focused environment across the broader transformation program
About You
- Experience operating within PMO, project, program, or transformation environments delivering large-scale initiatives
- Proven experience delivering within Tier 1 ERP and complex systems integration programs
- Strong delivery mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities across fast-moving environments
- Comfortable working across both detailed delivery activities and broader program outcomes
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to build trusted working relationships across business and technical teams
- Able to translate complex delivery activity into clear, practical insights and actions
- Strong organisational capability with high attention to detail and follow-through
- Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable operating in environments where priorities evolve
- Project or program management certification (e.g. PRINCE2, PMP, PMI) or equivalent experience
