Join our Integrated Planning team as a Planning Specialist - ITP, based at our Southbank head office, where you’ll help coordinate our end-to-end supply chain response across the 16-week planning horizon, managing changing plans, disruptions and emerging risks.
Working across demand, inventory, distribution, production, materials, quality and customer logistics, you’ll bring the right stakeholders together to understand issues, assess their broader impact and support clear, timely decisions.
You’ll play a key role in our weekly Integrated Tactical Planning process, using data and analytical insights to identify shortages, excesses and supply constraints. Through clear communication and effective coordination, you’ll help protect customer service while balancing safety and cost outcomes across the operational planning horizon.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the supply chain response to disruptions, plan changes and emerging risks
- Support the weekly Integrated Tactical Planning process across the operational planning horizon
- Analyse supply chain data to identify shortages, excesses, constraints and service risks
- Provide clear insights, options and recommendations to support timely decision-making
- Bring together stakeholders across demand, inventory, distribution, production, materials, quality and customer logistics
- Clearly communicate issues, impacts, decisions and agreed actions across the business
- Support the transition of key initiatives from longer-term planning into operational execution
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of integrated planning processes, systems and ways of working
About You
- At least three years’ experience in supply chain planning or a related discipline, ideally gained within FMCG or another complex, fast-paced environment
- Sound judgement and the ability to make objective, timely decisions when priorities or circumstances change
- Strong analytical capability, with the ability to interpret data and translate findings into clear actions
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage cross-functional teams and coordinate effective outcomes
- Demonstrated capability with planning and ERP systems such as Maestro, APO and SAP ECC, along with proficiency in Excel
- A tertiary qualification in supply chain management, business or a related discipline would be an advantage
- Commercial awareness or financial acumen would also be beneficial
