Join our Wulkuraka manufacturing site as an Electrical Technician and play a key role in keeping our high-speed production equipment safe, reliable and performing at its best.

Working within an experienced maintenance team, you’ll support a modern manufacturing facility and help minimise downtime across production.

Please note: This role operates on rotating 12-hour day and night shifts across a 24/7 roster, so flexibility to work the full roster is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete planned, preventative and breakdown electrical maintenance
• Diagnose and rectify faults across production and packaging equipment
• Interpret PLC logic and use PLC programs to support fault-finding
• Fault-find and maintain electrical equipment, including Variable Speed Drives (VSDs) and instrumentation
• Complete work orders and maintain accurate maintenance records in SAP
• Contribute to plant reliability and continuous improvement initiatives
• Maintain high standards of safety, housekeeping and compliance

About You

You’re a collaborative Electrical Technician who can work effectively across different crews and respond confidently to equipment issues in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You’ll bring:

• A recognised electrical trade qualification and current electrical work licence
• Electrical maintenance and fault-finding experience within manufacturing, processing or a similar industrial environment
• Experience interpreting PLC logic and using PLC programs for fault-finding, and/or working with VSDs, will be highly regarded
• A strong safety mindset and passion for continuous improvement
• The ability to maintain focus while completing routine and repetitive tasks
• Strong computer literacy, with SAP experience desirable
• A Certificate III or IV in Instrumentation is desirable
