Are you ready to be part of a new team?  As part of an exciting Operating Model change, we're bringing our People Services activities onshore, establishing a vital team within our People & Corporate Affairs (P&CA) function which sits under the GM of Employee Experience.

 

This is your chance to be part of a foundational team that will be the first point of contact for all People & Corporate Affairs related queries. You'll play a key role in providing high-quality support and consistent guidance to our people and leaders across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

 

Reporting to the People Services Manager, you'll be part of a fast-paced team focused on:

  • Managing the employee lifecycle, including seamless onboarding, off-boarding and internal movements, while ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
  • Monitoring and responding to People queries via ServiceNow, while providing exceptional customer service and consistent guidance on People processes, policies, and HRIS.
  • Maintaining accurate employee records within our P&CA system, ensuring compliance and data integrity.
  • Building and maintaining collaborative relationships across the business.
  • Actively identifying and contributing to ongoing process improvements.

 

About You:

 

  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline
  • 2–3 years of experience in a People Services, HR Administrator, or Coordinator role is preferred; however, we also welcome applications from recent HR graduates.
  • Familiarity with HR systems like ServiceNow, SAP SuccessFactors, PageUp, or similar platforms will be highly regarded.
  • You possess excellent attention to detail and the ability to effectively manage competing priorities.
  • You have strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • You're comfortable navigating ambiguity and thriving in a fast-evolving environment.
  • A proactive, curious mindset and a commitment to delivering quality service are paramount.
