Your Impact

 

This is an exciting opportunity for a Supply Chain Collaboration Manager to join our Southbank Office. This role connects Asahi’s end-to-end supply chain with customers and commercial teams to unlock value through collaboration. It’s about driving initiatives that make the network more efficient, reduce waste, and improve customer experience. Reporting into the General Manager Logistics & Customer Supply Chain, this role will be overseeing Asahi’s supply chain collaboration program across Asahi functions, suppliers, and customers with the objective of driving value and improving our cross-functional and third-party relationships.

 

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Develop and manage a structured supply chain collaboration program
  • Manage stakeholder groups within Asahi, customers, and suppliers including senior leaders, operational leaders and individual contributors at all levels
  • Develop and execute initiatives that drive end-to-end and integrated value
  • Use root cause analysis methods and ensure Asahi continues working on its most impactful opportunities to ensure we have the most effective and efficient supply chain in place
  • Champion safety and collaboration across all initiatives, role-modeling Asahi’s values. 

 

 

About You

To thrive in this role, you will be an inquisitive and holistic thinker with the ability to leverage diverse skillsets and perspectives while operating efficiently.

  • Previous supply chain experience within a relevant industry, consultancy, or 3PL with roles focused on continuous improvement / supply chain strategy / supply chain implementations
  • Experience with continuous improvement or lean programs e.g. Six Sigma
  • Highly effective communication, influencing project management and change management skills, at all levels within a diverse environment
  • Experience with engagement between supply chain functions, other business units and end to end value chain
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Commerce, Information Systems or Engineering or equivalent experience
