The Position

Crucial role in supporting the design and delivery of end-to-end segment and tactical marketing campaigns that drive supporter engagement, brand awareness, and business growth.

You will support both above-the-line (ATL) and below-the-line (BTL) campaigns, ensuring seamless integration across all channels and touchpoints.

You will work closely with the channels and wider category marketing teams, acting as a business partner to ensure seamless integration across all channels and touchpoints.

This role supports the growth of child sponsorship and the 40 Hour Famine through emerging channels such as Schools, Youth, Artist, and Church Engagement teams.

This role requires a good understanding in media buying, channel planning, and campaign execution, with a strong ability to align marketing efforts with World Vision Australia’s business strategy. You will collaborate cross-functionally to execute data-driven, audience-first campaigns that inspire action and drive results.

Responsibilities

  • Support end-to-end project management, from brief development to execution and post-campaign evaluation
  • Ensure that campaigns are designed to meet both financial and non-financial targets
  • Complete performance reviews of campaigns to ensure continuous improvement, agility, and increased effectiveness
  • Assist in developing and implementing media buying strategies across digital, social, TV, radio, print, and outdoor
  • Optimise channel mix to maximise reach, engagement, and conversion
  • Work closely with creative teams to develop compelling campaign assets across multiple formats
  • Ensure brand consistency and messaging alignment across all touchpoints
  • Monitor, measure, and report on campaign performance against KPIs
  • Use data-driven insights to optimise campaign effectiveness and improve ROI
  • Act as a business partner to the channels and wider category marketing teams and channels

Who we’re looking for 

We are looking for someone with a strong understanding of ATL & BTL marketing channels, including digital, social, TV, radio, and print.

You will have:

  • Hands-on experience in media planning, audience segmentation, and multi-channel strategy
  • Proven ability to manage projects end-to-end, from ideation to execution
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimise campaigns
  • Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills
  • Passion for social impact and a desire to contribute to World Vision Australia’s mission
  • 3+ years of experience in integrated marketing, media buying, and campaign management
  • Good understanding of Agile methodology
