Overview
We are now accepting applications for Allied Health Assistants to join our dedicated Clare Allied Health team casual pool for 2024.
As an Allied Health Assistant, your primary role is to support the Allied Health team in delivering Allied Health services to patients/clients of the Yorke and Northern Local Health Network (YNLHN) Community Health, under the supervision.
Duties may include assisting specific components of the Allied Health teams work that can be determined safe and effective for the Allied Health Assistant to complete/participate in where that work is clearly directed and according to specific instructions and without need for adaptation or change to a clinical presentation and monitoring patient response to therapies and reporting to the supervising Allied Health Professional.

Eligibility
Please note this position is multi-classed as either AHA1, AHA2 or AHA3 and classification will be determined by qualifications and experience.
Applicants must be eligible and/or willing to complete a Certificate III or Certificate IV in Allied Health Assistance or equivalent with experience working in a service environment. A relevant certificate in community, lifestyle or health considered beneficial but not essential.
