About the role

An exciting opportunity exists for AHP2 occupational therapists to work for the Central Adelaide Local Health Network (CALHN) Mental Health Clinical Program. We currently have both permanent and contract occupational therapy positions within adult and older persons acute services for people with mental health needs. Both positions listed offer a variety of part-time hours. The Occupational Therapist works within multidisciplinary teams providing recovery-focussed clinical services to consumers with mental health needs. The occupational therapist is responsible for the delivery of evidence-based discipline-specific assessment, reports, consultation, individual and group intervention and discharge planning to enhance recovery orientated outcomes for consumers, their families and carers.

Qualifications

Appropriate degree or equivalent qualification which entitles registration as an Occupational Therapist with the Occupational Therapy Board of Australia.
