Join Our Team as a Patient Services Cook

Are you passionate about creating delicious and nutritious meals? Bordertown Memorial Hospital is looking for a dedicated Patient Services Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. As a crucial member of our kitchen staff, you'll play a vital role in ensuring that our patients receive high-quality, wholesome meals during their stay.

Using your experience in preparing and cooking bulk meals and in preparing and cooking for dietary requirements, you will be responsible for ensuring that the production and distribution of food service is maintained to appropriate standards in an efficient and effective manner. Your duties will also including being responsible for the ordering of non imprest food supplies, plating of meals, menu selections and ensuring that quality control of food production is maintained to an acceptable standard.

Applicant Information

This is a part time vacancy working 48 hours per fortnight and salary will be adjusted according to actual hours worked.

Appointment will be subject to a satisfactory Criminal History Check and appropriate immunisation requirements.
