The Role

The Enrolled Nurse plays a pivotal role in delivering compassionate, person-centered care while adhering to rigorous regulatory standards. From entry-level to skilled proficiency, Enrolled Nurses collaborate closely with Registered Nurses/Midwives, taking ownership of their actions and ensuring impeccable nursing/midwifery services. Under the guidance of Registered Nurses/Midwives, they uphold accountability and excel in providing holistic patient care.

Must be enrolled or eligible for enrolment as a Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and who holds, or who is eligible to hold, a current practicing certificate.
