Overview

Join as a Direct Care Worker (Residential) and become an essential part of our team dedicated to providing personalized care and support to residents of our Residential Care Home. You'll maintain cooperative and productive relationships with all members of the healthcare team while ensuring adherence to organizational policies and procedures. Promote a safe and healthy work environment in line with the Work Health Safety Act, and foster relationships with non-government and government organizations to enhance resident care and support services.
