About the Role:
The Northern Adelaide Local Health Network is seeking a Team Leader - Human Resources Administration to join the Human Resources department.
In this pivotal role, you will lead a dedicated team responsible for providing comprehensive human resources administration support to the Northern Adelaide Local Health Network (NALHN). You will oversee the efficient delivery of HR services, ensuring compliance with policies, procedures and legislative requirements.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- leading, coaching and mentoring a team of HR administrators to achieve optimal performance and service delivery
- overseeing the accurate and timely processing of HR transactions, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll and contract management
- collaborating with stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements, enhancing efficiency and customer service
- providing expert advice and guidance on HR-related matters to managers and staff across the NALHN
- monitoring team performance, identifying training needs and fostering a culture of continuous learning and development
