We are seeking an experienced Behaviour Support Practitioner with a passion for making a real difference in the lives of people. You will be working as a member of the multidisciplinary NDIS Assessment Team delivering high-quality, patient-centred positive behaviour support plans.
About You
You are an experienced clinician with a strong background in behaviour support within the National Disability Insurance Scheme. You possess excellent communication and collaboration skills, enabling you to work effectively within an interdisciplinary team. Your commitment to patient-centred care and continuous improvement drives your work. You would work alongside allied health colleagues in a collaborative, supportive team with opportunities for participating in ongoing training and development.
