Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the deployment of the ePCR solution across SAAS sites, including coordinating cut-over activities, resource allocation, training, and support.
• Lead and manage the ePCR Deployment Team, fostering a collaborative work culture, setting priorities, monitoring workloads, and ensuring high-quality outcomes.
• Plan and coordinate the vehicle installation design process, procurement of necessary hardware and resources, scheduling of installations, and maintenance of asset registers.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to manage the provisioning, imaging, and deployment of ePCR devices, including procurement, asset tracking, and developing ongoing support models.
• Develop and maintain effective working relationships with SAAS managers, ePCR project teams, Department of Health, Digital Health SA, and other internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide organizational and operational support to the ePCR Program Manager, including representing them in meetings, drafting correspondence, and contributing to the ePCR Leadership Team.

 The ePCR system will streamline the way paramedics record patient information, improving the accuracy and efficiency of care provided during emergencies. It will allow paramedics to enter patient observations and care details directly into a digital platform, accessible in real-time. This will not only enhance the quality of care delivered on the scene but also facilitate smoother handovers to hospital staff, as information can be instantly shared with receiving facilities.
