Overview

Join our compassionate team as a Paramedical Aide, dedicated to providing high-quality home-based care that empowers clients to thrive in their chosen environment.  Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver personalised support to frail, older clients (65+ or 50+ for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander individuals) to enhance their
  • independence at home and in the community.
  • Collaborate with clients, families, and caregivers to create tailored care plans that prioritise individual needs and choices.
  • Ensure equitable access to services that are culturally appropriate and free from discrimination.
  • Provide flexible, timely support, helping clients avoid costly aged care transitions.
