The gorgeous Yorke and Northern region encompass the Yorke Peninsula and significant areas of the Spencer Gulf and Gulf of St Vincent, Southern Flinders Ranges and the Mid North of South Australia (SA) all within easy reach of Adelaide.

The Yorke Peninsula, with over 700 kilometres of coastline, boasts stunning beaches and friendly local towns. It is one of SA’s most accessible seaside escape locations with breathtaking views and national parks. It is a place to experience fresh seafood from local providers and you’ll also find plenty of bakeries, craft breweries and distilleries. Walking trails, diving, surfing, and cycling are just some of the recreational activities the Yorke Peninsula has to offer.

The Mid North region is SA’s gateway to the outback and Southern Flinders Ranges, it is renowned for its wonderful rural panoramas and unique country townships. The area is made up of dramatic landscapes and native wildlife and offers an abundance of activities to break up those workdays, including outback camping, four-wheel driving, cycling, and surfing. The beautiful Clare Valley sits within this region and offers some of Australia’s best wines with more than 50 cellar doors to explore and enjoy.

Clare Hospital - Kara House Nursing Home
Located 150 kilometres from Adelaide in the beautiful mid-north, the Clare and Gilbert Valley region is a lovely place to live and work, providing beauty, affordability, culture, great lifestyle, and employment opportunities. Offering over 40 Cellar doors, many restaurants, cafes and galleries, there is no shortage of places to eat, drink and have fun. Kara House is a 25 bed Residential Aged Care Facility.

Kara House is seeking:

• Personal Care Worker: Permanent P/T, 0.11 FTE (3.8 hours per week) Commencing ASAP

Port Pirie Regional Health Service – Hammill House Aged Care
Hammill House is a 30 bed Residential Aged Care Facility co-located at the Port Pirie Hospital. Hammill House Residential Aged Care Facility is a compassionate, service which provides comprehensive care for older persons. Led by a dedicated, highly skilled, values driven leadership team, Hammill House provides comprehensive, individualized resident care, fostering well-being and quality of life in alignment with the persons’ care goals. Hammill House’s person-centred approach supports residents to be an active partner in their care to ensure care best meets their needs, choices and wishes.

Melaleuca Court Nursing Home - Minlaton
Located 200kms west of Adelaide on the beautiful Yorke Peninsula in the regional township of Minlaton, Melaleuca Court is a 35 bed Residential Aged Care facility.  Minlaton is known as the Barley Capital of the world and described as a picturesque town with wide open streets. Located in the middle of the Yorke Peninsula it is also a gateway to many beautiful coastal communities and locations.

• Personal Care Worker: Permanent P/T 1.5 FTE (Various Positions) Commencing ASAP

Peterborough Hospital – Nalya Lodge
Located 220kms north of Adelaide and 113kms southeast of Port Augusta in the regional township of Peterborough, Nalya Lodge is an 11 bed Residential Aged Care facility co-located at the Peterborough Hospital. Peterborough is a farming community located on the edge of the Flinders Ranges, Peterborough welcomes everyone with their friendly nature, artistic creativity, love of country and fondness of a good yarn

Nalya Lodge is seeking:

• Personal Care Worker: Permanent P/T, 2.0 FTE (Various Positions) Commencing ASAP

Riverton Hospital – Wakefield Aged Care
Located 100km north of Adelaide is the regional township of Riverton, a town of gentle charm and history, set among the rolling hills and valleys of the Gilbert Valley.  Co-located at the Riverton Hospital, Wakefield Aged Care is a 17 bed Residential Aged Care Facility.

Wakefield Aged Care is seeking:

• Personal Care Worker: Permanent P/T, 0.69 FTE (26 hours per week) Commencing ASAP

Snowtown Hospital – Lumeah Home
Located 150kms north of Adelaide surrounded by the picturesque Buranga and Hummocks Ranges, Snowtown is a peaceful place with friendly faces and a thriving agricultural community.  Lumeah Home is has 25 MPS aged care beds co-located at the Snowtown Hospital.

Lumeah Home is seeking:

• Direct Care Worker Permanent P/T 0.65 FTE (24 hours per week) Commencing ASAP
