About You
We’re seeking a dynamic nursing professional who meets the following key requirements:
- Qualifications: Registered or eligible for registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia, holding a current practising certificate.
- Leadership Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution abilities, with proven leadership experience.
- Team Player: Effective in a multidisciplinary team, with a focus on prioritising workloads and fostering staff development.
- Experience & Knowledge: Minimum of 3 years post-registration experience, with a solid understanding of relevant legislation and healthcare standards.
