About the Role 

Step into the vital position of Administrative Officer within the Mental Health Clinical Program at Central Adelaide Local Health Network (CALHN). Reporting to the Business Consultant, you’ll provide comprehensive and confidential secretarial and administrative support to both clinical and administrative staff. Your role is essential in delivering efficient services to the Service Manager, Site Lead, and Nursing Director, ensuring that our team can focus on delivering high-quality mental health care.

In this dynamic environment, you’ll collaborate with fellow administrative staff to create a highly organised and effective clerical service. Your organisational skills will shine as you support Senior Management, Network and Site Directors, and Team Leaders, all while acting as the executive officer for various committees. About You 

We’re looking for a highly organised and adaptable individual to join our team as an Administrative Officer. Your skills and experience will play a crucial role in providing exceptional support within our Mental Health Clinical Program.

  • Exceptional organisational and coordination skills, with a proven ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
  • Strong customer service skills, with experience in handling sensitive issues and maintaining confidentiality in all interactions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with diverse stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with experience in document management, meeting coordination, and preparing formal communications.
