As our Data Insights and Analytics Manager, you'll be a key player, reporting directly to the Manager, Strategy and Performance, and collaborating closely with the cutting-edge SALHN Digital Health team. You won't just be supporting strategic projects – you'll be leading the charge on data requirements, empowering the Project Management Office (PMO) to smash their goals. Plus, you'll have your finger on the pulse of SALHN's success, monitoring and dissecting our Service Agreement KPIs to drive continuous improvement. About the role: 

In this dynamic role, you'll dive deep into complex health data, not just extracting it, but bringing it to life through insightful visualizations. You'll be the go-to person for uncovering hidden patterns and trends, delivering crucial intelligence that shapes strategic decisions for both our internal teams and external partners. Collaborating closely with Project Managers in the PMO, you'll play a pivotal role in driving the success of key strategic projects by transforming intricate data into clear, actionable insights. About you:

• Relevant tertiary qualifications in business management
• Ability to influence and obtain stakeholder commitment to a major change project.
• Demonstrated relevant experience in a public or private health sector.
• Experience working with SQL (language), SSIS, Power BI
