As the Data Insights and Analytics Manager, you will be accountable to the Manager, Strategy and Performance and work closely with the SALHN Digital Health team. You will lead and support data requirements to successfully deliver strategic projects, programs and portfolio of work by the Project Management Office (PMO). The role will also support the monitoring and analysis of SALHN’s Service Agreement Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
About the role:
In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing processes to extract, examine and visualise complex health data in order to provide insightful information to internal and external stakeholders, and discover patterns and trends in the data for informed decision making.
This role works collaboratively with Project Managers in the PMO to co-ordinate and analyse complex data sets to support successful delivery of key strategic projects.
About you:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in business management
- Ability to influence and obtain stakeholder commitment to a major change project.
- Demonstrated relevant experience in a public or private health sector.
- Experience working with SQL (language), SSIS, Power BI
