About the Role

As an Administration Officer, you will provide essential administrative and customer service support to both internal and external clients. You'll be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, offering a warm, professional welcome, while managing day-to-day office operations to keep everything running smoothly. From handling enquiries to maintaining systems, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting the team’s success.  Key responsibilities include:

  • Provide high-quality customer service by responding to client inquiries via phone, email, or in person.
  • Coordinate appointments with various internal and external agencies, health providers, and community groups.
  • Prepare and edit documents, letters, and reports with accuracy and professionalism.
  • Assist with maintaining records, processing correspondence, and supporting office operations.

About You

You’ll be a proactive and detail-oriented individual with a genuine interest in helping others. Your communication skills are excellent, and you’re adept at juggling multiple tasks with ease. Your team spirit and problem-solving abilities will make you an asset to our health service.

Essential Criteria

  • High level of competency in using office software and administrative systems.
  • Previous experience in administrative support, clerical duties, and customer service.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with diverse stakeholders.
