Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive paediatric care from assessment to discharge.

  • Build independence managing cases with reducing supervision.

  • Utilise diagnostic and consultative services wisely.

  • Uphold ethical, legal, and medico-legal standards.

  • Develop procedural skills and mentor junior staff.

  • Engage in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.

  • Maintain clear documentation and strong communication with families and teams.

What we’re looking for:

  • MBBS or equivalent, registered or eligible with Medical Board of Australia.

  • Proven paediatric clinical competence with a compassionate approach.

  • Strong communicator who works well independently and in teams.

  • Open to feedback, dedicated to ongoing growth and cultural respect.

  • Committed to quality, safety, ethical practice and adaptable leadership.
