• Salary: $121,107 to $125,679 – ASO8 – Full Time / Term Contract up to 12 Months

Overview:

The Manager Greater Northern Adelaide Hospital Planning is accountable to the Director, Greater Northern Adelaide Hospital Planning for:

• Leading and managing the development of planning processes and activities that ensure appropriate planning for the future health services and facilities in the Greater Northern Adelaide region.
• Leading and managing the development of a clinical services plan for the Greater Northern Adelaide region to inform future facility development priorities, workforce needs and commissioning intentions.
• Leading the development of key materials to support engagement processes with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, clinicians, consumers, and community in the development of clinical service plans and support capital design plans for the Greater Northern Adelaide region.
• Leading the development of detailed health facility planning (including benefits realisation plans and cost-benefit analysis), analysis and service planning documentation as part of developing options for consideration relating to the complex health infrastructure expansion / future facility development priorities in the Greater Northern Adelaide region.
• Leading the development of project capital and operational cost planning for identified development options, including managing and validating inputs from external cost consultants.
• Operating with minimal supervision demonstrating leadership and sound judgement in managing key strategic projects and balancing competing work priorities.
• Providing leadership to the project team which may comprise internal direct reports, external representatives, and other key stakeholder representatives in the successful completion of time critical deliverables.
