Join our dedicated and caring team as an Allied Health Assistant – Ageing, Reablement and Restorative Care, where you’ll play a vital role in supporting older people to regain independence and improve their quality of life through personalised, community-based services.

In this hands-on role, you’ll work under the supervision of allied health professionals, helping deliver reablement and restorative programs designed to support older individuals in maintaining their dignity, mobility, and daily functioning. Your work will directly contribute to the empowerment and wellbeing of older community members.
As an Allied Health Assistant – Ageing, Reablement and Restorative Care, you will:
- Support Service Delivery: Assist with therapy sessions and daily interventions as directed, ensuring care is delivered safely and effectively.
- Provide Client-Focused Care: Support clients with personal care, movement, and participation in therapy to promote comfort and engagement.
- Contribute to Team Success: Work alongside a multidisciplinary team and help coordinate access to therapy, including assisting with transport and preparation.
- Maintain Records and Communication: Monitor client progress, conduct delegated screenings, and report outcomes to allied health staff.
- Promote Safety and Quality: Follow all safety guidelines and deliver client education as instructed, ensuring high standards of care.
