About the Role

As an Administrative Officer in the Cardiovascular Service, you will play a vital role in providing a comprehensive and confidential reception and clerical service. From managing patient bookings and compiling essential documentation to responding to enquiries from patients, families, and hospital staff, your role will help ensure the smooth operation of our cardiology unit.

Working as part of a dedicated administrative team, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with healthcare professionals and support staff to deliver exceptional patient care. You may also be required to step into other administrative roles within the Cardiology Unit as needed, making adaptability and teamwork essential. About You

Are you an organised and detail-oriented professional looking for a rewarding administrative role? We are seeking a dedicated individual to provide high-quality support in a dynamic environment. If you thrive in a fast-paced setting and have strong communication and organisational skills, we’d love to hear from you!

  •  Strong administrative skills, including accurate numeracy, literacy, and data entry, with a minimum typing speed of 40-50wpm.
  •  Ability to work independently and under supervision, prioritising multiple tasks effectively while maintaining high standards under  pressure.
  •  Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise professionally with internal and external clients.
  •  Experience with Microsoft Office, administrative systems, office equipment, and handling confidential information with discretion.
