About the role
We are seeking a passionate and driven Cancer Prescribing (PPMP) Project Pharmacist to lead the organisation and delivery of an innovative project within cancer services. Based at the Royal Adelaide Hospital, this role is central to evaluating the implementation and effectiveness of the Partnered Pharmacist Medication Prescribing (PPMP) model in the inpatient Haematology unit. You will work collaboratively with the project team to collect, analyse, and present data that demonstrates the impact and value of pharmacist-led prescribing in the oncology setting.

Current registration (or eligibility) with the Pharmacy Board of Australia and a Bachelor of Pharmacy or equivalent qualification

Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines, and lead quality improvement initiatives

Proven experience in hospital pharmacy, with demonstrated leadership, research, and supervisory capabilities within a multidisciplinary healthcare environment

Strong clinical knowledge and technical competence, with a deep understanding of pharmacy practice standards, codes of conduct, and safe prescribing principles
