About the role
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Pharmacist to join our team in delivering high-quality, patient-centred care across inpatient and outpatient settings. In this dynamic role, you will provide a comprehensive range of professional pharmacy services including dispensing, clinical support, medication production, and patient counselling. You will play a key role in optimising drug therapy and contributing to safe, effective medication management.
As part of a multidisciplinary team, you will offer expert drug and therapeutic advice to medical, nursing and allied health professionals, ensuring best practice in accordance with departmental policies, SA Health guidelines, and relevant legislation. About You
You’re a motivated and detail-oriented pharmacist with a strong foundation in clinical practice and a passion for delivering safe, high-quality patient care. To be successful in this role, you will have:

A Bachelor of Pharmacy or equivalent, and current or eligible registration with the Pharmacy Board of Australia

Strong communication, organisation, and technical skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary setting

Proven ability to adapt to change, show resilience, and manage competing demands while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail

Sound knowledge of pharmacy legislation and clinical practice, including dispensing, production, medicines information, and patient counselling
