About the Role

As a Mental Health Enrolled Nurse (MHEN), you will play a vital role in delivering person-centred care, supporting consumers on their recovery journey. Working under the direction of a Registered Nurse, you will provide compassionate and comprehensive nursing care within a multidisciplinary team. Your role will involve direct care, education, counselling, and group work to support consumers in achieving their optimal health outcomes.

With guidance from a Mental Health Nurse, you will engage in meaningful consultation and liaison with other health professionals and community organisations to ensure holistic, high-quality care. About You
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Mental Health Enrolled Nurse who is committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred care. You will bring a strong clinical skillset, a collaborative approach, and a passion for supporting consumers in their recovery journey.

Qualified & Registered – Enrolled with the Nursing Board of Australia with a current practising certificate.

Skilled & Experienced – Competency in mental health nursing, including assessment, care planning, therapeutic interventions, and group processes.

Collaborative & Supportive – Ability to work in a team, engage with consumers, carers, and other services, and contribute to a recovery-focused environment.

Knowledgeable & Ethical – Understanding of mental health policies, nursing standards, medication management, and legislative responsibilities.
