About the role

As a Senior Pharmacist, initially working with the Stroke and Neurology teams, you’ll take the lead in managing and overseeing the operations of this area, ensuring the delivery of high-level, comprehensive pharmacy services. This role calls for expert clinical judgement and the ability to work autonomously, providing specialist medicines information and therapeutic advice to patients, as well as to medical, nursing and allied health professionals. This is a rewarding opportunity to contribute to the quality use of medicines through the development and implementation of strategies that optimise patient outcomes. You'll be part of a multidisciplinary team in a dynamic hospital environment, helping to shape pharmacy services and lead innovation in safe, evidence-based, and cost-effective medication management. If you're passionate about advancing pharmacy practice and making a meaningful impact, we’d love to hear from you.
