Overview
Join iCCnet’s dynamic team as a Senior Cardiovascular Nurse (RN3), supporting the Heart Failure Optimisation Service and Telehealth Cardiac Rehabilitation across regional South Australia. This role provides clinical leadership, service coordination, and workforce education, ensuring high-quality, evidence-based cardiovascular care. You’ll work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, contribute to service development and quality improvement, and help expand patient access to vital cardiac services. Essential Qualifications and Experience:
- Current cardiovascular experience.
- In-depth knowledge of the cardiac rehabilitation model of care within South Australia's regional Local Health Networks.
- Registered, or eligible for registration, as a Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and who holds, or who is eligible to hold, a current practicing certificate.
