About the Opportunity
We currently have an exciting opportunity to join the Allergy and Immunology team as a Consultant/Senior Consultant, where you will be responsible for:
- Responsible for the delivery of high-quality inpatient and outpatient Paediatric Allergy/Immunology and Specialist Immunisation services.
- Contribute to and participate in quality assurance programs and service development with the Department of Paediatric Allergy and Clinical Immunology, WCHN.
- Contributes to education and research within the Department of Paediatric Allergy and Clinical Immunology and Immunisation services, WCHN.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Appropriate Specialist Qualifications for Consultant/Senior Consultant registrable as a Specialist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency, or another qualification as defined in the SA Medical Officers Award.
- Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal), including the ability to work with individuals and families for positive health outcomes and to foster productive working relationships both internally and externally.
- Demonstrated commitment to providing a quality service to the patient.
- Leadership, management and motivational skills to maximise individual and team performance.
- Experience in the provision of Allergy/Immunology and specialist immunisation services to paediatric patients.
